9.1. The quotation shall be opened by the Tenders Board at the Conference Hall of the Tiko Council, located at Tiko_on the 15/02/2019

At. 12 noon local time with the bidders or one representative with power of Attorney.

9.2. During the Tenders Board opening session, the bidders' names and the amounts of their quotation shall be read out and shall be recorded by the secretary of the Tenders Board, in the minutes of the bid opening session.

7.2. The name of the project and the caption "To be Open Only by the Tenders Board" shall be wrjtten on the sealed envelope.

8. Deadline for subrni ion of the quotation

The quotations must be received not later than 15/02/2019 Any quotation deposited after the specified deadline shall not be opened and hall be returned to the bidder.

9. Opening of the quotations
