Contrary to the eliminatory criteria on the Tender Files of already launched projects of Bamenda lll Council for 2025 requiring elimination enterprises based on Absence of an Attestation of Categorisation, it has been corrected on ALL projects to read, 'Any enterprise with or without the attestation of categorisation is permitted to bid'. Find attached below the adjustment to the above-mentioned subject: PREVIOUS CRITERIA ADJUSTED CRITERIA 15-1- : ELIMINATORY CRITERIA 1. Deadline for delivery higher than prescribed. 2. false declarations or falsified documents. 3. absence of or insufficient bid bond, 4. A bid with the external envelope carrying a sign or mark leading to the identification of the bidder ; 5. incomplete financial file 6. omission of a unit price in the financial bid. 7. change of quantity or unit. 8absence of an attestation of categorisation. 9.non respect of (75%) of essential criteria  15-2: Essential criteria : The technical bids will be evaluated according to the following ten (10) main crteria  a. key personnel of the enterprise on three (03) criteria; b. the site equipment to be mobilized on five (05) criteria; c. the enterprise references on two (02) criteria.
