Considering the necessity of service;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: That FORBAN AND SONS COMPANY LIMITED P.O BOX 535 BAMENDA, NORTH WEST REGION, is awarded REQUEST FOR QUATATION N°02/RQ/ BICITB /B1C /B1SD/MEZAM/NWR/2023 OF 27/01/2023 FOR THE SUPPLY OF BENCHES TO G.S ABANGOH, G.S STATION, G.S NTOH, ECOL DE CHAMPION AND ECOL PUBLIC BAMENDA 1 COUNCIL AREA MEZAM DIVISION NORTH WEST REGION.

ARTICLE 2: That the above establishment will realize the job within two (02) months as from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

ARTICLE 3: That the BAMENDA 1 COUNCIL in close relationship with the General Director of FORBAN AND SONS COMPANY LIMITED is charged with the drafting of the jobbing order to this Tender
