MINDFUL OF: The Invitation to tender in emergency procedure N° 06/ONIT /MINMAP/ RDNW/DDBOYO/2017 of 03/04/2017 for the construction of a block of 02 classrooms at G.S .IJIM/TCIKFUINI II) NJINIKOM-Sub DIVISION,BOYO Division.

DECIDES

Article I: That jobbing order for the construction of a block of 02 classrooms at G.S.IJIM KIKFUINI II) NJINIKOM-Sub DIVISION, BOYO Division, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2; ETS GAH AND BROS B.P 5133 BAMENDA is requested to report at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for BOYO to sign the draft Jobbing order.

Article 3: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time after this deadline, they will be destroyed.

Article 4; This present decision shall be published and registered where need be
