The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No. 013/CDC/TSD/ITB/16 of 22/6/16 for the Supply of 5No. 10-TON Trucks for the transportation of CDC Personnel

The nature of the services involves the handling, transportation and Supply of 5No. Trucks for the transportation of CDC Personnel as specified in the Technical Specifications.

1. 1.     estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;

This invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which have experience in the supply of the above.

The Supplies of the above shah be financed by the CDC 2016 Budget.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 22/6/16.

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 22/6/16 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 135,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001­89 with BICEC.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Severi (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 15/7/16 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

Bidders shah provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Severi (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 15/7/16 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The Bid Opening Session shall take place at the Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 15/7/16 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed in the opening session.

Article 12: MAIN ELIMINATION CRITERIA:

Bids shah be rejected when:

-  There is absence of an Administrative document.

-  Incomplete Technical/financial offer.

-  They have falsified documents or false declarations

Article 13: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of a bidder shah be as per Article 5 of the Special Regulations of the Tender in Document NO.3.

Bidders shah remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
