Councils; MINDFUL            of Circular N° 00008349/C/MINF1 of 30E1! December 2020 on the Instructions relating ta the Implementation of Finance Laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Implementation of the Budgets of the State and Other Public Entities for the 202 Financial Year; CONSIDERING the Minutes and report from the Akwaya Council Internai Tenders Board dated 16/03/2020; CONSIDERING the necessity of the Service.   HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS ARTICLE I:        That the under mentioned Enterprise has been retained as Winner of the Project sited below;
