SUBJECT: AN ADDEDNDUM MODIFYING THE DATE OF BID OPENING FOR TENDER No 05/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/NWR/2025 OF 05/03/2025, No06/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/NWR/BIP/2025 OF 05/03/2025 AND No07/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/2025 OF 05/03/2025. This Addendum is to modify the date of submission and bid opening of the above mentioned projects.                        PROJECTS                                      AMMENDMENT No06/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BCBCITB/NWR/BIP/2025 FOR The supply of health equipment to the integrated health centers; Akofunguba, Mankwi, Mankanikong and Njinteh) No05/onit/minddevel/bc/bcitb/nwr/2025 of 05/03/2025 for the purchase and supply of a caterpillar grader for the Bafut council in Bafut council in Bafut sub Division. No07/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/2025 of 05/03/2025 for the equioing of nursery blocks with dwarf benches (GNS Njimbee, GNS Akossia and Mughie in Bafut Sub Division. The date of bid submission and opening is modified as follows         ARTICLE        MODIFIED TO Art 11 and Art 12 Submission and opening of bids. BIds will be submitted and opened on the 09/04/2025 at 10:00am and  11:00am respectively in the conference hall of the Bafut council b the council internal tenders board in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire Art 12 opening bids Bids will be received and opened on the 23/04/2025 at 10:00 am and 11:00am respectively in the conference hall of the Bafut council by the council internal tenders board in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full  knowledge of the files if they so desire.

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including one original file and 06 copies on the 09/04/2025 at 10:00 AM local time in sealed envelopes, at the SIGAMP service 0f the Bafut council and should carry the inscription;

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of the administrative file, the Technical and Financial files will take place on the 09/04/2025 at 11:00 AM local time, in the conference hall of Bafut Council, by the Bafut Council Internal Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice, having a good knowledge of the file

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission
