These projects shall be financed by the relevant credit allocation in the 2019 PU6LIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Republic Of Cameroon as per the imputation:

The file may be obtained from the Senior Divisional Office Marnfe, the Divisional Delegation Public Contract Manyu and ARMP Buea as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of Twenty Thousands (20 000) CFA francs, payable at the Divisional Treasury Marnfe or any other state treasury (before two days to date of opening, Marnfe for a non refundable fee representing the cost of the tender file.
Each bid drafted in English or French in rive (05) copies including one original and four (04) copies marked as such, should be subrnitted against presentation of a receipt at the Division& Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu not later than 02/04/2019 at 09.00 am and should carry the inscription:
The maximum Eyecution deadhne provided for by the Contracting Authority shah' be Three (0:3) months.
Each bidder must inclucle in his Administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No.12 of the tender file, of an arnount of Two Hundred Thousands (200 000) CFA francs for a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date of cpening.
On pain of being rejected, only onginals or true copies certified by the isr,uing service or administrative authontres must imperatively be produced in accordante with the Speci& Regulations of the invitation te tender. They must obligatorily be net older Chan three (3) months preceding the date of submission of offers or may be established after the signature or the tender notice. Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice dm: tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especrally the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non respect cf the modeis cf the tender file documents shah lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer.
