MINDFUL: OF Ministerial Order No. 00000302/A/MINMAP of 3^rd July 2018 bearing on the creation of Internal Tender’s Board at the City Councils, Councils and Sub-Divisional Councils, where in Fundong Council Internal Tender’s Board was created;

MINDFUL:  OF Decision No. 00000159/CAB/ MINMAP of 15^th March 2019, bearing on the appointment of   Presidents of Internal Tender’s Board in Councils and Sub-Divisional Councils, where Mme. FUENAYUO MATILDA NCHITU was appointed President of the Fundong Council Internal Tender’s Board;

MINDFUL:  Of law No 2019/024 of 24TH DECEMBER 2019 to institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities;

MINDFUL:  Of Circular No 00008349/C/MINFI OF30^TH December 2019 instituting the 2020 finance law;

CONSIDERINGThe deliberations of the extra-ordinary session of Fundong Council of the 18/02/20202, during which Mr. DENIS AWOH    

                          NDANG was elected Mayor of Fundong Council;

CONSIDERINGOrder N⁰ 000269/O/MINDDEVEL of 06/03/2020 to establish the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayors, after the   

                          municipal election of 9^th February 2020 in the Fundong Council Chambers;

CONSIDERING OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No. 002/ONIT/ FUNDONG COUNCIL

                          /FCITB /2023, OF 15/02/2023 FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT G.S BAISO IN                    

                          FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY – BOYO DIVISION

CONSIDERING: The necessity of service;

DECIDES:

ARTICLE 1:  That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, the JOBBING ORDER for the COMPLETION OF

                      CONSTRUCTION OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT G.S BAISO IN FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY – BOYO DIVISION

                      following Open National Invitation to Tender has been awarded to the under mentioned enterprise.
