CONSIDERINGThe deliberations of the extra-ordinary session of Fundong Council of the 18/02/20202, during which Mr. DENIS AWOH
NDANG was elected Mayor of Fundong Council;
CONSIDERINGOrder N0 000269/O/MINDDEVEL of 06/03/2020 to establish the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayors, after the
municipal election of 9th February 2020 in the Fundong Council Chambers;
CONSIDERING OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No. 01/ONIT/ FUNDONG
COUNCIL /FCITB /2023, OF 15/02/2023 FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT G.
S MBENGKAS IN FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY – BOYO DIVISION;

DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, the JOBBING ORDER for the COMPLETION OF THE
CONSTRUCTION OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT G. S MBENGKAS IN FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY – BOYO DIVISION following
Open National Invitation to Tender has been awarded to the under mentioned enterprise.
