CONSIDERINGThe deliberations of the extra-ordinary session of Fundong Council of the 18/02/20202, during which Mr. DENIS AWOH
NDANG was elected Mayor of Fundong Council;
CONSIDERINGOrder N0 000269/O/MINDDEVEL of 06/03/2020 to establish the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayors, after the
municipal election of 9th February 2020 in the Fundong Council Chambers;
CONSIDERING OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No. 011/ONIT/ FUNDONG
COUNCIL /FCITB /2023, OF 25/04/2023 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM IN THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED
FUNDONG MODERN MARKET (PHASE 1) IN FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY, BOYO DIVISION;
CONSIDERING: The necessity of service;
DECIDES:
ARTICLE 1: That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, the JOBBING ORDER for the
INSTALLATION OF A SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM IN THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED FUNDONG MODERN MARKET (PHASE 1) IN
FUNDONG MUNICIPALITY, BOYO DIVISION following Open National Invitation to Tender has been awarded to the under mentioned
