Within the framework of the 2019 Public Investment Budget, the Senior Divisional Officer for Ndian on behalf of the Minister of secondary education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO. (02) CLASSROOMS AT GTHS EKONDO TITI
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary- studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 22 000 000 FRS for each lot.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investiment Budgét of the 2019 financial year budgetary head.
The file may be consulted during working hours at the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for Ndian as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for Ndian as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 45.000 FCFA for each lot, payable at the Divisional Treasury Mundemba.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for Ndian rot later than .9./4:/2019 at 10am and should carry the inscription
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers. etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance ‘vith the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must rot be aider than three (03) months.
Any bid rot in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal
