- Mindful of the Constitution;
- Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;
- Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;
- Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision no.0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender’s Board of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision nO.008/03Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender’s Board;
- Considering Open National Invitation to tender no.007/ONIT/CDENO/ CITB/2023 of 09/03/2023 for the construction of four water points in some localities of the North West Region;
DECIDES
