• Etude hydrogéologique et implantation du forage;
• Forage proprement dit ;
• Equipement du forage ;
• Développement;
• Essai de pompage et de débit ;
• Equipement de surface ou superstructure ;
• Pose de pompe manuelle

Theestimated cost ofthe opérationfollowing priorstudies stands is eight millions (8 000 000)francs CFA per lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to equal conditions to Cameroon-Lowrelatedfirms and companies experienced in Rural engineering.

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget for the 2019 Financial Year.

The maximumexécution dateline provided by the Project Ownerfor the exécution of the works subject of this tender shall be three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in this administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in chargeof Financefeaturing on the iist in document 12 of the tenderfile of an amount of one hundred and seventy thousand (160 000} francs CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original dote of the validityof the offers.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originels or true copies certified by the fissuring service or an administrative authority (Senior DivisionalOfficer, Divisional Officer } in accordance with the spécial conditions of the invitation to tender.
Theymust not be aider than three preceding the original date of subdivision ofbids (3) months or must not have been estoblished after the signing of the tender notice.
Anyincomplète offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and tenderfile shall be declared inadmissible. Espedally the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The opening ofall bids is done in a single phase.
The opening of the administrative documents, the technical and financial offers shall take place on
15/04/2019 at 03 o'dock by the Tenders Board attached to the DATCHEKA council.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a persan ofîheirchoice, (event in theevent ofa jointventure) with Sound knowledge of their files.
