Considering the Open National Invitation to Tender N° 002/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2018 of 20th July 2018 for the construction
of the offices for the Local Coordination Unit of the C2D - "REGIONAL CAPITALS 2" in Bamenda under the emergency procedure.
Considering the award proposal n° 004/L/BCC/ITB/C/29-18 of 30th August 2018 of the Bamenda City Council Internal Tenders Board.
Considering that the three enterprises that submitted their bids for the above-mentioned consultation did not meet up with the minimum requirements requested for in the tender file.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS.

Article 1: That the Open National Invitation to Tender N°002/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2018 of 20th July 2018 for the construction of the offices for the Local Coordination Unit of the C2D - "REGIONAL CAPITALS 2" in Bamenda under the emergency procedure has been cancelled

Article 2: That the bidders who submitted their bids have at their disposal a time limit of fifteen (15) days to collect their bids. Failure to do so, these bids will be destroyed without any other prejudice.
Article 3:Thatthe said call for tender will be re-launched subsequently.
Article 4: That the Chairman of the Bamenda City Council Internal Tenders Board, the Local Coordinate C2D - "REGIONAL CAPITALS 2" and the Engineer of the Local Coordination Unit are charged with the implementation of this decision.
