SUBJECT: ADDENDUM ON THE SALES OF THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION DOCUMENT
I wish to inform the public and potential bidders of Request for Quotations No. 04 /RFQ/BC/BCITB/ MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 Of 3RD Sept 2025 for the installation of twenty five solar streetlights in some localities in Babessi Municipality ,Ngoketunjia Division of the North West Region (Babungo, Baba 1, Babessi and Bangolan) that pursuant to letter with Ref No 005/MINDDEVEL/PMU/RCU-NW/09/2025 of 08/09/2025 from the Regional Coordinator of PROLOG, the Request For Quotation Document (RFQ) can be consulted and collected free of charge
at Babessi Council in the Public Procurement Service during working houres. Thus, Receipt of purchase of the Request of Quotation will not be part of the administrative file.

Invited eligible Bidders may obtain further information from BABESSI COUNCIL Building, Cell Phone : 683 10 33 75 PO BOX : ………….; and inspect the bidding document during office hours, Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm (GMT+1). As soon as the invitation to tender is published, the contract award documents (tender’s file) will be made available to all bidders, either at their request to the Babessi Council or the PROLOG PMU/RCU or via the internet link indicated in the invitation to tender. |
