Within the framework of implementing the activities related to Year 4 (2019) of the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of a Low Loader Trailer to SOWEDA under the Technical Restructuring Axis of the Contrat-Plan.
The services related to this contract shah comprise the Tender for the Supply of a Low Loader Trailer to SOWEDA as described in the technical specifications given below.
The estimated cost of this tender is: FCFA 130,000,000 (one hundred and thirty million).
'File supplies that are subject of this tender shah be in a single lot.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are licensed in the supply of heavy-duty vehicles120nd which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan Budget: Line MINFI Chapitre 93/2019.
lnterested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration and Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the same address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account opened in any BICEC Bank Branch.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of Administration and Finance) South West — Buea, against a receipt not later than 08/05/19 at 10.00 a.m. local lime and labelled as follows:
The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 04 (Four) months. The vehicle shah be delivered at SOWEDA Head Office in Buea.
Each bidder must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment
approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 2,600,000 (two million six hundred thousand francs).
