The Governor of the South West Region hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE EXTENSION OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO BOKOVA IN FAKO DIVISION - SOUTH WEST REGION
The works for phase one comprise notably:
- Preliminary works, Studies and Site installation
- Construction of the catchment
- Construction of storage tank to reinforced pump sump.
- Extension of pipeline network in Bokova
- Rehabilitation of pumping pipeline from Bwiteva to Bokova storage tank.
The total estimated cost of the project af ter preliminary studies is fifty million (50 000 000) FCFA with thirty million (30 000 000) programmed for the 2019 Budget
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities.
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB 2019, BUDGET HEAD: 53 22 4419194 2246, Record N°: IU05535,
The tender file may be consulted during working hours at the Governor's Office (located up behind the D.O's Office), precisely at the office of the Secretary of the Regional Tenders Board, door 14 with Tel: 233 32 25 07 as soon as this notice is published.

Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works of This phase one forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three(03)months.

The jobbing order/contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical ouality, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code. That is, it shall be awarded to the bidder with o satisfactory technical score and the lowest financial offer.
The bidders shall rernain comrnitted to 'heir offers/bids for a period of ninely (90) days from the deadline sel for the subrnission of bids.
