As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget for the year 2026, The Mayor of Pete Bandjoun council, Contracting Authority, launches a notice of request for acquisition of inputs for the RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF EDUCATIONAL AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES (MINIMUM PACKAGE) FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR IN THE BAYANGAM COUNCIL, KOUNG-KHI DIVISION, WEST REGION

The acquisition to be delivered is defined in the Bill of Quantities and estimates as follows

- A1- School and Educational Kit

- B1- Hygiene Kit

- A2- School and Educational Kit

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands is (five Millions two hundred and ninety nine thousand) 5 299 000 CFA Francs

Participation in this tender is open on equal terms, to Cameroonian law firms who can respect the tender condition

Benefits, subject of this Tender, is funded by the Public Investment Budget 2026 MINEBUD

The maximum period of performance provided by the Contracting Authority for the implementation of the project is sixty (60) days or two months as from the notification of the order of service startup for each lot.

Under penalty of dismissal, each bidder must join its administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a Bank of first order or an insurance approved by the Ministry of finance of an amount equal to 30 000 (thirty thousand) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days, beyond the original date of the validity of offers

The tenderers remain committed to their offers during a ninety (90) days deadline as from the deadline fixed for the reception of the offers inadmissible, especially the failure models of parts of the Tender File, will result in rejection of the offer.

The bids shall be opened in single phase and shall take place on 27/08/2026 at 13 by the Project Owner or Delegated Project Owner Tenders Board in the in the meeting room of the Koung-Khi Divisional commission of Public contract. Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice, duly authorised, even in case of a group of companies. Under pain of being rejected, the required administrative documents must be submitted in originals or copies certified by the issuing service or the relevant administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They shall be no later than 3 (three) months old from the original deadline for the submission of tenders or must have been issued after the date of signature of the Tender Notice. 

In case of absence or non-conformity of a document in the administrative file during the opening of bids, after a 48(forty-eight) hours deadline granted by the Board, the file shall be rejected. 

Eliminatory Criteria

·         Non-producing Temporary Bond

·         The discount or the modifications of price writing by a pen

·         Documents not produced in seven (07) copies

·         Incomplete administrative file non complete after 48hours;

       ·         False declarations or falsified documents

The contract will be awarded to the bidder with The Cheapest.
