The Lord Mayor of JAKIRI Council, Contracfing Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for Quotation for the Supply of Office Equipment to the JAKIRI Town Hall in JAKIRI Sub Division of BUI Division in the North-West Region

The work is as follows: Supply of office equipment to the JAKIRI Town Hall.

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.

6.Financement New(Additif)

This project shall be financed by the FEICOM / JAKIRl COUNCIL

The dead line of execution is Sixty (60) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate Banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount 908 055 CFA (Nine Hundred and Eight Thousand and Fifty-Five) CFA and Valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids,

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

Bids will be opened on the 07/11/2017 at 12:00 PM in the conference hall of the JAKIRl Council Internal Tenders' Board, by the Tender's Board members. In the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
