Within the framework of implementing the activities related to Year 4 (2019) of the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of 01 (One) 4x4 Dump Truck 12T to SOWEDA under the Technical Restructuring Axis of the Contrat-Plan.

The services related to this contract shall comprise the Tender for the Supply of 01 (One) 4x4 Dump Truck 12T to SOWEDA as described in the technical specifications given below.

The estimated cost of this tender is: FCFA 90,000,000 (Ninety million).

The supplies that are subject of this tender shall be in a single lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are licensed in the supply of heavy-duty vehicles and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the State/SOWVDA Contrat-Plan Budget: Line MINFI Chapter 93/2019.

Interested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration and Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).

The tender file may be obtained from the same address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 80,000 (eighty thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account N° 335­988 opened in any BICEC Bank Brandt.

Each bid drafted in English or Frenth in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of Administration and Finance) South West Region Buea, against a receipt not later than 29/0512019 at 10.00 a.m. and Iabelled as follows:

The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 04 (Four) months. The vehicle shall be delivered at SOWEDA Head Office in Buea.

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shah be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shah be the least financial bidder.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids
