Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2019theMAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL,
CONTRACTING AUTHORITY hereby launches aOPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE)
FOR THE CONSRUCTION OF A BUSINESS CENTRE IN TINTO WIRE

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works comprise notably:

  • Prepatory works,
  • Earthwork,
  • Foundation,
  • Elevation,
  • Carpentry and joinery,
  • Tiling,
  • Metalwork,
  • Electricty,
  • Painting,
    
3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The total estimated cost of the works of this project after preliminary studies is thirty-two million (32 000 000)as programmed in the 2019 Budget

4.Allotissement New(Additif)
  1.      The works for this project are in one fat
5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities pre-selected by the by the project owner.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by PIB MINDEVEL2019, BUDGET HEAD:53 27 351 01 641910 2226 821

The file may be obtained fromthe Tinto council contracts officeroom 3 670025999/677434725as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of Sixty-four Thousand (64 000) CFA francs, payable at the Tinto Council municipal Treasury.:

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Tinto Council contracta office not later than 06/05/2019at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, andof an amount for the tatar project ofSix Hundred and Forty Thousand (640 000) FCFA which is vaiid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Tinto Council contracta office not later than 06/05/2019at 09 a.m.

The bids shah be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and

financial bids on 06/05/ 2019at 10 am prompt local time by theTinto Council Internal Tenders
Boardsituated at the Conference Hall of Tinto Council.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

14.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)
  • Absence of bid bond, or an administrative document,
  • False declaration or forged document in file,
  • History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government;
    • Absence of attestation of site visit signed by THE MAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE, TRADITIONAL COUNCIL.
    • Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
    • Absence of quantified unit price.

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least possible financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

17.Renseignements Complémentaires New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
