The works comprise notably:
- Prepatory works,
- Earth work,
- Foundation,
- Elevation,
- Carpentry and joinery,
- Ti 1 ing,
- Metal work,
- Electricty,
- Painting,
The total estimated cost of the works of this project after preliminary studies is Thirty-two million (32 000 000) FCFAas programmed in the 2019 Budget.
The works for this project are in one lot.
Participation in this invitation to tender is opento all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities and preselected by the Contracting Authority
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB MINDDEVEL 2019, BUDGET HEAD:5327351016419102226821

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Tinto Council contracts office not later than06/05/ 2019at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided for the execution of the works formingthe project subject of this invitation to tender is four (04) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, andof an amount for the total project ofSix Hundred and Forty Thousand (640 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of varidity of bids.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Tinto Council contracts office not later than06/05/ 2019at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:
Envelop A: administrative documents;
- Envelop B: technical offer;
- Envelop C: financial offer.
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be labelled imperatively as follows:

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids on06/051 2019at 10 am prompt local time by the Tinto Council Internai Tenders Board situated at the Conference Hall of Tinto Council.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
They are especially:
- Absence of bid bond, or an administrative document,
- False deciaration or forged document in file,
- History of bad execution of similar work or on-poing legal suit with Government,
- Absence of attestation of site visit signed by THE MAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL OR HIS REPRESNTATIVE, TRADITIONAL COUNCIL.
¨ Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
- Absence of quantified unit price.
