Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2019, The Mayor of Tinto Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure, FOR THE EXTENSION OF A SINGLE PHASE ELECTRICITY NETWORK FROM BAKEBE TO EYANG ATEMAKO PHASE I, TINTO COUNCIL IN MANYU DIVISION

The works comprise in a nutshell:

ü  Construction of a single phase MV Iine,

ü  Construction of a mixed MV/LV single phase line,

ü  Installation of 01 25KVA transformer,

ü  Construction of a single phase LV line and

ü  Sundry expenses.

The total estimated cost of the works of this project after preliminary studies is Sixty million (60 000 000) as programmed in the 2019 Budget.

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works whIch form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2019 financial year;

The maximum period provided for the execution of the, works is fixed at three (03) months.

1. 12.       MAIN ELIMINATORY CRITERIA:

• Absent of bid bond or an administrative document;
• False declaration or forged document in file;
• History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government; Absence of attestation of site visit signed by THE MAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE, TRADITTIONAL COUNCIL.
• Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
• Absence of quantified unit price.

14. EVALUATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the following:

The contract should be awarded to the contractor presenting the best administrative and technical files
