Muanenguba on behalf of the Minister of secondary education hereby launches an Open National
Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF
TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GHS NGUTI
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 22 000 000 FRS.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enteprises that fulfill the requirernents of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2019 financial year budgetary head: 5325331015619402222
The file may be consulted during working hours at the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for KUPE MUANENGUBA as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained fiom the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for Kupe Muanenguba as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40.000 FCFA for each lot, payable at the Divisional Treasury BANGEM.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Senior
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is'three (03) months
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordante with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. I 1 of the Tender File, of an amount of
440 000fcfa and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of vatidity of bids The absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.
- 9. Opening of bids:
The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 29/04/2019 at 1 1 am local lime by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the SDO for Kupe Muanenguba. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Senior Divisional Officer for Kupe Muanenguba not later than 29/04/2019 at 10am and should carry the inscription:

A bid shall be rejected if:
- It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required; It has any fake or forged document;
- It lacks any quantified unit price;
- It carnes any false information. It does not respect the model documents
- The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
