The retained enterprise should report at the muyuka council chambers to fulfill the laid down administrative formalities concerning the signing of the contract. Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withraw their tender documents from the office of the mayor of muyuka council within ( 15) fifteen days from the date of publication of this communique. Failure to collect same the said documents shall be disposed of without further notice.
