Mindful of Order No. 00000241/A/MINMAP of 18 July 2018 to establish Internal Tenders Boards in the Ministry of Public Works;
Mindful of Order No. 0271/MINMAP/CAB of 27 September 2018 to establish and organise the terms and conditions for remuneration and payment based on the performance of certain stakeholders in the Public Contracts system;
Mindful of Decision No.00000432/CAB/MINMAP of 18 June 2019 to appoint Chairpersons of Internal Tenders Boards in Ministries;
Mindful of Decision No. 154/D/MINTP/CAB of 16 July 2019 to ascertain the composition of Internal and Special Tenders Boards at the Ministry of Public Works;
Mindful of Decision No. 287/D/MINTP/CAB of 12 May 2021 to ascertain the composition of the Special Tenders Board for Joint Financing Projects at the Ministry of Public Works;
Mindful of Circular No. 00006/C/MINFI of 30 December 2022 on instructions relating to the execution of Finance Laws, the Follow-up and Control of State Budget Execution and other public entities for the 2023 Financial Year;
Mindful of Request for Proposals No. 08/DDP/MINTP/CCCM-TR/CSPM-PFC/2021 of 16 June 2021 relating to the complete project management of development works on Bamenda-Bafut-Wum road section (80 km) and a tourist site, including rehabilitation works on 7.5 km of urban road systems in Wum and Bafut, located in Mezam and Menchum Divisions respectively, North-West Region;
Mindful of Proposals submitted by shortlisted tenderers;
Mindful of the Minutes of 26 October 2022 from the Special Tenders Board for Joint Financing Projects at MINTP adopting the combined selection analysis report for tender documents and the minutes of 10 January 2023 by the CCCM-TR adopting the relating award proposal;
Mindful of the Minutes of 1 December 2022 by the Negotiation Committee for the draft contract with the Consultant “AIC PROGETTI/INTEGC/WILLIAMS FRU Joint Venture”;
Mindful of the mail letter from AfDB-COCM Project Manager of 1 June 2023 on African Development Bank’s Notice of no objection of the combined selection analysis report for tender documents and the relating award proposal.
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1:The following Technical Consulting Firm has been selected to sign the contract for services relating to the complete project management of development works on Bamenda-Bafut-Wum road section (80 km) and a tourist site, including rehabilitation works on 7.5 km of urban road systems in Wum and Bafut, located in Mezam and Menchum Divisions respectively, North-West Region, resulting from Request for Proposal No. 08/DDP/MINTP/CCCM-TR/CSPM-PFC/2021 of 16 June 2021:
