The services involved in this Call for Tender shall include:

Lot 1: Conducting a feasibility study with a view of designing the 2nd phase of LIFIDEP, particularly reflecting on the theory of change; project objective and outcomes; key implementation strategies and indicative activities and budget clearly relating to the 1st Phase, addressing cross-cutting themes in to the project design, focusing mainly on mainstreaming gender equality, youth participation and employment and strengthening of stakeholders for sustainability and addressing other key aspects relevant for the project, mainly synergy and knowledge management amongst all LIFIDEP stakeholders

Lot 2: Carry out an inventory of potential roads that need  rehabilitation/construction in each Sub Division of Mezam Division, a socio economic study of some selected urgently needed 50km of roads from the inventory and subsequently their technical feasibility studies
It is very important to know the state of roads and an inventory of potentially roads for rehabilitation. It will be necessary to carrying out the Socio-economic and detailed technical studies of these roads so that MIDENO can have some ready study documents
of some very urgently needed roads in the Division that can be constructed once the means are available. This isto make sure that while studies are ongoing on the remaining roads, construction can be taking place on some already studied roads.

• Participation in this manifestation of interest is open toall consultancy firms with sufficient technical competence and national experience in the above mentioned services.
• Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications and clearly specify the type of association (a joint-venture or sub consultancies), as well as the nature ofits business (commercial or not-for profit).

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by; 2019 PIB-MINADER

Each Manifestation of Interest shouid consist of an Administrative File and a Technical Proposal sealed in separate envelopes, written in Engiish or in French and submitted in five (5) copieseach, of which one (01) original and four (04) copies.

•Animal Scientist. With atleastaB.Sc in Animal Sciences(Preferablya Veterinary Doctor with atleast 20 years of experience)
•RuralEngineer with atleastaB.Scdegreeorits equivalence in Rural Engineering and fifteen (15) years
working experience in Agricuiture and Rural Development
•Environmenta list with atleasta B.Sc. Degree with atleast Five (5)years of relevant working experience
in Environmental Management and rural development
•Financial Management Expert with atleast a B.Sc, Degree in MIcro finance/ Agro Economics orrelated fields with atleast 15 years of relevant working experience in Rural Development.

• Gender Specialist with atleasta B.Sc. DegreeinGenderStudies with atleast 5 years of relevant
