The Govemment of Camcroon has received funding from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Local Governance and Resilient Communities Project (PROLOG). As part of its implementation, PROLOG has signed an agreement with ALOU COUNCIL (PROLOG ALOU COMMUNITY INVESTMENT-SUPPORT GRANT AGREEMENT, LEBIALEM DIVISION, SOUTII-WEST REGION) to build community infrastructure.

       The Mayor of ALOU Council now invites quotations from contractors for the Works described in Annex 1: Works Requirements, attached to this RFQ.

As soon as die RFQ is published, die tender's file will be made available to ail bidders, either at their request to the ALOU Council (Employer) or the PROLOG PMU/RCU.

24.    The opening of the quotations will take place at the Conference Hall or the ALOU Council on 14/10/2026 at 11 am, local time, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, by the Internai Tender Board.

    The quotations will be evaluated to detennine substantiel responsiveness of the technical proposal that the Lester of Quotation is properly completed, dated and signed with and title of the signatory;

Vérification that the Unit Price Schedule and Detailed and Quantitative Specifications have been duly completed, dated and signed.

Assessment of the technical qualification of each admissible tender in accordance with the tender evaluation grid.

The Contract shall be awarded to the Contractor who meets the eligibility requirements in accordante with iule RFQ, offers the lowest evaluated pricc/s, offers a technically compilant quotation, and guamntees completion of the Works by the specified date
