Participation in this invitation is open to registered /qualified bidders of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in Supplies.

The bill of estimates, entry and quantities of the items is to be completed and returned latest.29/05/2019 at 9:30 am local lime.
Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven(07) copies that is one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordancé with the prescriptions of the tender file. Bids should be submitted against a receipt at the Alou council not later than 29/ DÇ/2019 at 9:30am local time and should carry the inscription:
Each bidder must include in his documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking
establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in
document N°. 5 of the Tender File, with a validity period of thirty (30)days from the date the
bids are opened.
NB: Certified cheques will not be accepted.

The offers or the bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.
Bidders can bid for one or more lots.
The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 29 / 05/2019 at 10am in the Conference Hall of the Alou council by the competent tender board.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file
Each bidder must include in his documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking
establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in
document N°. 5 of the Tender File, with a validity period of thirty (30)days from the date the
bids are opened.
