The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the
detailed information provided in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates. These includes
-geophysical prospection
-Mobilization and site installation. -Development and lest of the flow rate
--Elevation of the storage tank. -putting in function of the Structure. -formation of management committee
Amounts: 20 000 000FCFA
The tender is open to duly registered Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of MINDDEL 2019 financial year; Budget Head 5327351016419042246821

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Secretariat of Alou council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable sum of 40 000 FCFA, for the lot at the Alou Council Treasury
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven( 07 ) copies including the one original and six (06) copies marked as such should reach the Geeneral Secretatariat of ALOU not later than the 31/05/20119 at 9:30 am Local time and labeled.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'AfriqueCentrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 400 000 FCFA.For this lot with a validity period of Thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.
Linder penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordante with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months, otherwise they shail not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall be declared inadmissible. NotabCy, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first
rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the mode! documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any possibility of appeal.

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 31/05/2019 at 10:00 O'clock local time by the Alou Council Tender Board in the Conference Hall ofAlou Council in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file.
Bid shall be rejected when the following are absent:
The lack of bid security
False declaration or forged Administrative documents
Tender documents deposited after deadline and after 9:30am
Absence of quantified unit price
Technical score less than 70%
