Within the frame-work of the 2019 Public Investment Budget (PIB 2019), the Delegated Contracting Authority (THE LORD MAYOR ALOU) hereby representing the State of Cameroon. launches an Open National Invitation to tender under cond^itions  of emergency procedure for N^° 07/ONIT/ASD/AC/ACTI3/2019 OF 03/05/2019 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF INTERGRAIED HEALTH CENTER IN NWANGONG ALOU SUB DIVISION LEBIALEM DIVISION

The works subject of this invitation to tender shall FOR THE REHABILITATION OF INTERGRAIED HEALTH CENTER IN NWANGONG ALOU SUB DIVISION LEBIALEM DIVISION

-,Lebialem Division in the South West Region.                  

The works and   service required are found in the de quantities and cost estimates

The cstimated cosi of the opérations (tasks) following feasibility studies stands as specified in the table below:-

Participation in this invitation to tender is open 10 all registered and qualified  companies or groups of companies based in the Republic of Cameroon with the required technical and professional expertise in the domain of construction accompanied by the necessary technical capability.

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed as per the programmed budget head of the 2019 Public In% estrnent budget (P113 2019) of the Republic of Cameroon as specified in the table below:-

9)   The Tender documents may be consulted immediately after publication of this invitation to tender from the Alou Council tender board o(Service in charge of the contracts award) during working hours at the Alou Council

The Tender documents shah be obtained immediately after publication of this invitation to tender from the Services of the Contracting Authority (Service in charge of' contracts award) during working hours at the Alou Council. The document shall be obtained upon presentation of a municipal treasury receipt showing the payment of a non-refundable sum of Fifteen thousand (15,000) F CFA.

Each offer written in English or French shah be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized Representative and presented in seven (7) copies. that is one (01) original and six (06) copies labelled as such. These shah be submitted in one externat sealed envelope containing three (3) envelopes, that is, Envelope A: Administrative Documents, Envelope B: Technical document and Envelope C: Financial document. It shah reach the Alou council tender board Service in charge of contracts award,not later than 21  /12/2019 at 10:30amlocal time. The sealed externat envelope shah bc free of ail identification marks, failing which it shah be rejected.

THREE MONTHS

Bid shah be rejected when:

• lack bid security
• Absence of quantified unit prices
• Falsified document

  • ·:. Access to credit or other financial sources                                   Yes / No
  • ·:. Has done similar job before                                                           yes / No
  • ·:- Availability of material and essential equipment                                           Yes / No

Evaluation of prices will be done considering the amount without tax and the contract will be awarded to the Iowest bidder atter correction

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effectfrom the date of opening of bids.
