The estimated cost of the operation at the end of preliminary studies is :

 LOT 1 : F CFA  50 000 000 TTC

 Lot 2 : F CFA  30 000 000  TTC

 Lot 3 : F CFA 30 000 000   TTC

 Lot 4 : F CFA 30 000 000   TTC

The evaluation of bids shall take place three time. The administrative, technical and financial offers according to the eliminatory and essential criteria following the rating system per points, in accumulate combination of technical and financial rating.

Technical proposals will be evaluated (100) hundred points on the basis of criteria and sub criteria defined in the Supplementary Regulations of the Bidding (RPAO).

-        Absence of quantified unit price in the financial file;

-        Absence of detail unit price.

The criteria for the qualification of candidates will indication on:

-        Experience;

-        Personels;

-        Materials.
