Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies, including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the Bangou Council no later than 13/03/2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time, and must be labeled as follows:"Open National Invitation to Tender File No. 09/ONIT/C-BGOU/ITB-RT/2026 of 12/02/2026 for the rehabilitation works of certain roads in the Bangou Junction urban centre (Section 1: Inter Rou614 - Inter Rou612 with Inter Rou612 - market link road. Section 2: Bangou Junction grid layout) in the Bangou Council. (Under emergency procedure)."

The opening of bids shall be done in a single stage and will take place on 18/02/2026 at 12:00 p.m. by the Internal Tenders Board of the Bangou Council in the office of the Chairperson of the ITB. Only bidders or their duly mandated representatives (one person per bidder), even in the case of a joint venture, may attend this opening session.

Under pain of rejection, the required administrative documents must be submitted in originals or certified true copies by the issuing service or the competent administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender. They must be dated less than three (03) months or must have been issued after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender notice.

In case of absence or non-compliance of any document in the administrative file during the opening of bids, a 48-hour deadline shall be granted by the Board, after which the bid will be rejected
