MINDFUL OF decree N° 2012/074 of 08 March 2012 bearing  the creation, organisation and functioning of the Tenders Board of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF decree N° 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 organizing the Ministry of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF decree N° 2012/076 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain provision of decree No. 2001/048 of 23rd February bearing the creation, organisation and functioning of the public contracts regulatory agency;
MINDFUL OF decree No. /00446/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ OF 20th July bearing on the composition of Internal Tenders Board in some Council Areas;

MINDFUL OF Circular N° 004/CAB/PM OF 30 December 2005 in relation to the aplication of the Public Conttracts Code;

MINDFUL OF Circular N° 001/CAB/PR OF 19 Juner 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public Contracts Code;
CONSIDERING the report of the technical sub-commission CONSIDERING the award proposal of the Nkambe Council Internal Tenders Board Ref. N°.004/AP/NC/ITB/2017 OF 16th JUNE 2017

DECIDES

Article 1: That the following OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER, has been awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows

Article 2: The successful bidder is requested to report at the Nkambe Council for the necessary formalities of the jobbing order 

Article 3: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files within two weeks after this deadline, they will be destroye
