Bids, in seven (7) copies, including one (1) original and six (6) copies marked as such, must be received by the Bangangté Town Hall, Procurement Department, no later than March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM sharp, and must bear the following inscription: "Notice of Open National Invitation to Tender No. 02/AONO/COMMUNE-BANGANGTE/CIPM-BANGANGTE/2026 of February 23, 2026, in five lots: • Lot 1: Construction of a block of two classrooms at the PEUP Community Preschool; • Lot 2: Construction of a classroom at the Bitchoua English-language Public Primary School; • Lot 3: Construction of a modern market in Batchingou (Phase 1); • Lot 4: Construction of a shop block with an integrated modern latrine in the Bantoum 3 market; • Lot 5: Construction of a shop block with rolling metal grilles in the urban area. The bids will be opened in a single session on March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. sharp by the Internal Procurement Committee The opening session will be held at the Bangangté Municipal Markets; in the council chamber of the town hall. Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly authorized person of their choosing, even in the case of a consortium of companies. Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be submitted in original form or certified copies issued by the issuing department or the competent administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Specific Regulations of the Invitation to Tender. They must be less than three (3) months old or have been established after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender notice |
