Lot 2: Rehabilitation of 22 existing streetlights in the municipality of Bangangté. To be opened only at the bid opening session.” |

Au lieu de ... The bids will be opened in a single session on March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. sharp by the Bangangté Internal Procurement Commission in the council chamber of the town hall. Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly authorized representative of their choice, even in the case of a consortium. Only bidders may submit original documents or certified copies of the required administrative documents, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Tender Regulations, on pain of rejection. They must be less than three (03) months old or have been established after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender. In the event of the absence or non-conformity of a document in the administrative file at the time of the bid opening, the Internal Procurement Commission will grant bidders a 48-hour grace period. After this period, the bid will be rejected outright |
