Bids, in seven (7) copies, including one (1) original and six (6) copies marked as such, must be received by the Bangangté Town Hall, Procurement Department, no later than March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM sharp, and must bear the following inscription:

Open National Invitation to Tender No. 03/AONO/COMMUNE-BANGANGTE/CIPM/2026 of February 23, 2026, in two lots.

 Lot 1: Construction of three culverts on the Madoum-Tetga-Tchamba road, including the development of the access road to the Madoum Primary School;

 Lot 2: Construction of one culvert on the Toutseu–Maham sand quarry road.

The bids will be opened in a single session on March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. sharp by the Contracting Authority's Internal Procurement Committee in the council chamber of the Bangangté Town Hall, located in the Bangangté City Hall building.

Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly authorized representative of their choice, even in the case of a consortium.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be submitted in original form or certified copies from the issuing department or the competent administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Tender Regulations. They must be less than three (3) months old or have been issued after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender.
