ADDITIONAL CLAUSE NO.001 Bearing on the modification on the eliminatory criteria for the following Tender files; 1. EXTENSION OF PIPE BORNE WATER IN NTEHMBANG (LOT1) ,PROTECTION OF ATUNUI, CATCHMENT(LOT2) IN TUBAH SUBDIVISION, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH-WEST REGION. 2. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS AT STRATEGIC ROAD JUNCTIONS AND MARKETS AROUND TUBAH MUNICIPALITY, MEZAM DIVISION NORTH - WEST REGION. 3. THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TUBAH COMMUNITY RADIO IN TUBAH SUB DIVISION MEZAM OF THE NORTH WEST REGION. The state of Cameroon represented by the LORD MAYOR OF TUBAH COUNCIL (CA) named as “ADMINISTRATION” HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1: This present additional clause has as objective the Modification of on the eliminatory criteria. Categorization certificate is not an eliminatory criterion. ARTICLE 2: That all bidders in possession of these tender files should report at the publication of this NOTE to the SIGAMP office in Tubah Council for further information. ARTICLE 3: That the submission/opening time remains unchanged as in the tender files. ARTICLE 4: That this Decision shall be registered, published and communicated whenever and wherever need arises/.

	Au lieu de ... The bids shall be evaluated according to the main criteria as follows: Eliminatory criteria 1. - Absence of a Bid Bond 2. Absence of CEDEC Receipt 3. Incomplete or non -compliant administrative file at the end of the 48hrs period granted by the procurement Commission to comply. 4. False declaration or falsified documents; 5. A bid with the external envelope carrying a sign or mark leading to the identification of the bidder; 6. Non-compliance with model bid 7. Absence of a quantified unit price; 8. Non respect of 75% of essential criteria; 9. Company under suspension; 10. Absence of certificate of categorisation; Essential criteria 1- General presentation of the tender files; 2- Financial capacity; 3- References of the company in similar achievements; 4- Catalogue of equipment in colour including specifications and references; 5- Quality of trainer (personnel) 6- Draft jobbing odder duly filled initialed in all pages signed and dated on the last page.
