Within the Framework of the Public Investment Budget 2019, the Mayor of Menji council, Delegated Contracting Authority, hereby Iaunches an Open National Invitation to Tender (Emergency Procedure) for the CONSTRUCTION OF A MODERN OPEN SHEDS MARKET AT NJOAGWI FOTABONG III

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.

The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is thirty vine million (39,000,000) FCFA.

The works is in one lot.

The tender is open to duly Iegalizcd Cameroonian enterprises that fullill the requirementsthis invitation to tender.

The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works

Each bidder must include in his/hcr administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate

bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC

(Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 780,000 FCFA for each lot with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid is opened.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordante with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months. otherwise they shah not be accepted.

Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shah be declared inadmissible. Notably;

the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or,

lis non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any possibility of appeal.

Bidders shah be boum[ by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
