Within the framework of thePublic Investment Budget 2019, The Mayor Menji Council hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PERMANENT BRIDGE OVER RIVER BETSUE TO LINK MBETTA AND NJOAGWI IN LEBIALEM DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION,PHASE II

The works comprise notably,

• Installations (work site including bringing and folding up of equipment);
• Site preparation: - Bush cleaning;
• General earthworks;

-      Fill from borrow pit;

-      Fill adjacent to structure;

• Decking

-      Reinforced concrete of dosage 400Kg/m³ for decking;

-      Bulidozing

• Assemblage;

-      Supply and installation of beams IPE 550; - Gross-beams IPE 450:

• Paint

- Anti corrosive paint;

-    Oil paint

• Equipment

-      Metallic hand rail;

Triangular signboard type A or AB;

Reinforced concrete rnarker pales;

The maximum tirne trame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is five (05) months, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first­rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File,and of an amount of Two million four hundred thousand (2 400 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the  /16/05/2019 at 10:00 am    local time in the Conference Hall at the Menji council office by the competent tender board, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney

The main qualification criteria shall concerna

- General Presentation, compliance with the  model bid,

- Methodological approach and reievance of proposed solutions;

-    References of the bidder for the lest Three (03) years in similar works)(attach proof) - Availability of material and essentiel equipment and logistics

- Experience of key supervisory staff

- Turnover, Financial capacity or access te credit or other financial sources of Fifty millions (50 000 000) FCFA

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids
