THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR NORTH WESTLIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND,

- Mindful of the Constitution;

- Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;

- Mindful ofDecree N°.2012/075 of 8th March 2012 creating, organising and functioning of the Tenders Board of Public Contracts;

- Mindful of Decree N°.2004/275 of 24th September 2004 on the Public Contract Code;

- Mindful of Circular N°.001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public contracts;

- Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;

- Mindful of Decision N° 000019/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of 18/02/2016 appointing members of CDENO Internal Tenders Board;

- Considering authorization N° 001161/L/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMAG/CE3/CEA1 of 16/02/2017 for the supply of Livestock Vaccines to the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO);

DECIDES

ARTICLE 1: That the jobbing order relating to Mutual agreement following authorization N° 001161/L/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMAG/CE3/CEAl of 16/02/2017 signed by the Minister of Public Contracts for the supply of Livestock Vaccines to the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO), has been awarded to the enterprise herein below as follows:
