Within the framework of implementing the activities related to Year 4 (2019) of the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the supply of Agricultural Maintenance Tools for the SOWEDA Garage in Buea, - SW Region under the Technical Restructurinp, Axis of the Contrat-Plan.
The services related to this contract shall comprise the supply of Maintenance Tools for the SOWEDA Garage in Buea, as descrihed in the technical specifications given below.
The estimated cost of this tender FCFA 15,000,000 (fifteen million francs CFA).
Participation in ibis invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are experienced in the supply of maintenance tools and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supplies which are subject of ibis invitation to tender shall be financed by the budget of State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan 2016-2019, Budget Line MINFI Chapter 93/2019.
lnterested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration and Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the same address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account opened in any BICEC Bank Branch.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of Administration and Finance) South Wcst — Buea, against a receipt net later than 03/07/2019 at 10.00 a.m. local time and labelled as follows:
The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the varions items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 02 (Two) months. The items shall be delivered at SOWEDA Head Office in Buea.
Each bidder must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 300,000 (three hundred thousand).

The contrant shah! be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shah be the leaSt financial bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids.
