Mindful of Ministerial Decree recognizing the Mayor of the Babessi Municipality,

Mindful of REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N^O OI/RQ/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/PIB/ 2024 OF 19/01/2024 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO SOME HEALTH SERVICES IN BABESSI COUNCIL AREA, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION.

Mindful of Award Proposal from the Babessi Council Internal Tenders Board transmitted by letter 13/02/2024;

DECIDES

Article 1: That Jobbing Order relating to the SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO SOME HEALTH SERVICES IN BABESSI COUNCIL AREA, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION, has been awarded to the Enterprise herein mentioned below:

Article 2: That this present decision shall be registered, published and communicated wherever and whenever need be.
