1.Objet New(Additif)

The State of Cameroon represented by the mayor of KUMBA I Council, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches Request for Quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS TO THE

BUKWEMWE INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE IN THE KUMBA I COUNCIL AREA, MEME DIVISION,
SOUTH WEST REGION

2.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this Request for Quotation is opened to registered qualified Contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in Supplies.

3.Financement New(Additif)

The equipment, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the 2019 Public Investment Budget of the Republic of Cameroon.

4.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation File may be consulted at the KUMBA I Council within working hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

5.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation File may be acquired from the KUMBA I Council upon presentation of a non refundable KUMBA I Municipal Treasury receipt of Twenty Thousand (20.000) CFA bearing the name of the enterprise

6.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including One (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the Quotation File and also the bill of estimates and quantities of the items should be submitted against a Treasury receipt at the KUMBA I Council not later than the 21^e Day of June 2019 at 12.00pm local time and should carry the inscription:

7.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including One (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the Quotation File and also the bill of estimates and quantities of the items should be submitted against a Treasury receipt at the KUMBA I Council not later than the 21^e Day of June 2019 at 12.00pm local time and should carry the inscription:

"To be opened only during the bid opening session" The offers or the bids brought after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.

8.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening of bids in one phase shall be done on the the 21^e Day of June 2019 at 1.00 PM in the Conference Hall of KUMBA I Council by the KUMBA I Internai Tenders' Board. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file

Bids should be costed exclusive of value added taxes and ail taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model Request for Quotation.

9.Renseignements Complémentaires New(Additif)

Complementary technical information may be obtained every day during working hours from the KUMBA I Council DOOR N^° 202. CONTRACT OFFICE, within working hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
