CONSIDERING Ministerial order, No 00000247/O/MINDDVEL of 09/02/2020 confirming the elections of Mayor and deputies

CONSIDERING the Minutes of the Municipal Board Meeting of Mbnegwi Council held on the 3^rd March 2020 whereby Mr Ndangsa Kenedy Akam was elected Mayor together with his assistance;

MINDFUL OF:  the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and Control of public contracts;

MINDFUL OF:  the circular N° 004/CAB/PM of 30 December 2005 in relation to the application of the Public Contracts Code;

MINDFUL OF:  the Circular N° 00000026/C/MINFI of 29^th December 2023 on the instructions relating to the execution of the finance laws, monitoring and control of the execution of the budget of the state, and other public entities for the 2024 financial year;

           MINDFUL OF:   CONSULTATION N°002/MC/ITB/2024 OF 16^TH FEB 2024 following authorization,N^O00717-24/L//MINMAP/SG/ DGMI/ DMTR/CE4 OF 15/02/2024 to award by mutual Agreement for the Construction Of A 12m Bridge Over River Keuh At Pk 0+500 On Njindom Mbemi  Road in Mbengwi  Sub Division, Momo Division, North West Region.

         MINDFUL OF: the of the proposal of the Adhoc Committee  

DECIDES

Article 1: That the Construction Of A 12m Bridge Over River Keuh At Pk 0+500 On Njindom – Mbemi  Road in Mbengwi has been awarded as follows

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
