  1. 1.   Within the framework of the Public Budget 2019 The Mayor of Mundemba Council hereby launches  an open nationalINVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTE CENTRE IN MUNDEMBA NDIAN DIVISION.
2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

. The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and  thedetailed information provided in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)
  1.   The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Fifty Million (50,000,000)
4.Allotissement New(Additif)
  1. 1.   : The works are in one lot
5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legai capacities

6.Financement New(Additif)
  1. 1.   Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah] be financed by PIB 2019, budget head No. 53 40 531 07 641936 2221 821.Record N°. IU06830

The file  may be obtained from the Secetanate of Mundemba council, Tel:670608545/677146346 as soon  as this notice is published against payment of the sum of Eighty Thousand (80 000) CFA francs, payable at the Mundemba Council Treasury

9.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in Five (5) copies including one originel copies marked as such, should reach the Council secretariat not later than 05/07/2019 at .10 a.m. local lime and should be enclosed in three (03) distinct envelopes:

 
  1. Envelope A: Administrative documents
  2. Envelope B: Technical Offer
  3. Envelope C: Financial Offer

The three envelopes should be put inside a fourth envelope which should carry the inscription:

 

 

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadtine provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Four (04) months.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)
  1. 1.   Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 9 of the Tender File, and of an amount of One million (1 000 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shah be opened in a single The opening of administrative documents, thetechnical and financial bids on the 5/07/2019.at 11 H local time at the Council Conference hall.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

14.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

Eliminatory criteria fix the minimum conditions to be fulfilled in order to be qualified for evaluation according to the essential criteria. The non-respect of these criteria leads to the rejection of the bid made by the bidder.

They are especially:

¨       Absence of bid bond.

¨       Faise deciaration or forged document

¨       Absence of attestation of site visit signed by the Mayor of Mundemba council or authorised person or any other

  • Absence of quantified unit price)

lndicatively, the criteria related to the qualification of candidates will be on:

- General Presentation, compliance with the modal bid.

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 deys from the deadtine set for the submission of bids.
