Within the framework of 2019 Public Investment Budget the COUNCIL; Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies, foundation works, face works, electricity, painting, landscape protection etc.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty Five Million (25 000 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive.

The work is in One (1) Lot as follows: The construction of a Slaughter House at Mundemba town in Ndian division

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or companies that fulfill the requirernents of this invitation to tender

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender, shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2019 financial year, budget head

Each bid drafted in English or French in Five (05) copies including one (1) original and Four (04) c ies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of Mundemba Council not later than 05/07/2019. at 10 a.m. and should carry the inscription:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shah be as follows: Three (03) months

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC

(Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 500 000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from die date the bids are opened.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordance with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within die last three months, otherwise they shah not be accepted.

Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of titis tender notice and file shah be declared inadmissible. Notably, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the mode! documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any possibility

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on V5/e. 2019 at 11a.m local time by the MUNDEMBA COUNCIL Tenders Board in the MundembaCouncil.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a perron with a written authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file.

• Absence of bid bond, or an administrative document,

• Absence of a site visit attestion duely signed by the mayor of Mundemba Council or any other authorised person.
• Absence of quantified unit price,

The non-respect of 3 criteria shah cause the elimination of the bid.

The contact shall be awarded to the bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for Ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
