THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY);

-         Mindful of the Constitution;

-         Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;

-          Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;

-          Mindful of Arrete  No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;

-          Mindful of Decision n^o.0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender’s Board of CDENO;

-          Mindful of Decision n^O.008/03Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender’s Board;

-         Considering Open National Invitation to Tender n^o. 004/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2024 of 02/02/202   for the construction of two (2) permanent cattle crushes in some localities of the North West Region.

DECIDES

ARTICLE  1: That the Jobbing Order to construct two (2) permanent cattle crushes in some localities of the North West Region, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
