The Regional Delegate of Public Contract Center Region in Yaoundé Contracting Authority launches on behalf of the Mayor of the following Council AKONOLINGA, Project Manager a Cali for Restricted National Invitation to Tender for the construction of seven (7) bow holes in the Nyong and Mfoumou Division in the Center Region:

Work enclosure are divided into one (01) lot and one (01) Sub-Lot as follows;

The work under this Invitation for Bids include the following transactions whose list is not exhaustive:

• The geo-physical studies and the drilling of the bow holes ;
• DriIling of bow hoIes;
• Installation of the sites, inclusive of all the necessary rnaterials for the bow holes ;
• The work at the bow hales and the PMH equipment ;
• The development , the pumping, and the pressure tests ;
• The super structural works (lightly inclined reinforce concrete deckings, surrounding gutters at the base of the decking Dry up of the marshy area) ;
• Dwarf Pence wall in blocs of 15 x 20 x 40 (plastering and putting of a small gate)

The participation to this present Call for tender is open on equal conditions to all Companies and enterprises registered on the Restricted lists below, conforming to the Circular Letter No 007/LC/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DIVITR/CE1 relative to the new modalities of the award of bow hale contracts.

The work, the subject of this Tender is funded by the Public Investment Budget of the Year 2016. Total estimated cost of fifty six million (56, 000, 000) CFA Francs. Imputation linos and engagement acts is as folllows;

The maximum execution time provided by the Client for completion of the work is three months (03) calendar months. This period includes periods of rainy weather and ail the various constraints and runs from the date of notification of the Order of Service to begin work, when you sign your contract.

Tenders must be accompanied, for each lot applied, a temporary guarantee (bid bond) based

on the model described in the Tender, a senior bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance. The amount of the guarantee CFA is mentioned in the table below and equal to more than 2% of the estimated cost inclusive of all taxes. Amounting to:

The temporary guarantee will be released automatically within 30 days after the expiration of the bid validity for bidders who have not been selected. In case the bidder is awarded the contract, the guarantee will be released after provisional constitution of the final guarantee. Under penalty of rejection of the offer, the other required administrative documents (valid) must imperatively be produced in original and certified copies by the issuing authority or administrative authority, not older than three (03) months and valid on the date of bid opening, in accordance with the provisions of Regulations of the Bid.

Opening of the tenders will be done once on the 14th juillet 2016 at 1.00 pm prompt by the Center Regional Tenders Board at the meeting Hall of the Center Regional Delegation of Public Contracts 2nd floor at Omnisport.

Only bidders may attend the opening session or be represented by one person (even if group) of their choice with a perfect knowledge of the case. However, an additional person acting as an interpreter is accepted, if necessary.

The Regional Delegate of Public Contracts Center, Contracting Authority will award the contract to the bidder whose offer qualified technically will be the lowest evaluated bid after-audits of its price and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents of 'Offers

Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days alter the deadline for submission of tenders.
